Different areas on your hands and feet are linked to specific parts of your body such as your ovaries, your fallopian tubes and your uterus, if you’re a woman, your kidneys and your endocrine system. By applying pressure on these specific reflex areas with care Reflexology can help men and women bring hormonal balance, improve their libido, relieve anxiety and stress, and ultimately boost their fertility. The aim of Fertility Reflexology for women is not only to help you relax and reduce stress but also to regulate your periods and ovulation in order to maximise your chances of conceiving.
I went to Anne for fertility and maternity reflexology and continue to go for post-partum reflexology. Anne is warm, professional and great at what she does. I find her treatments so relaxing, rejuvenating, and beneficial. I always feel great afterwards. I would highly recommend her.
- Stress and anxiety relief

What to expect?
Many couples with fertility issues and hormonal imbalances have turned to Serene Reflexology for help. From the initial Fertility Reflexology session they’ve started feeling much better and so will you. Our MNRRI registered Reflexologist will immediately put you at ease and will offer you the relevant information, the support and the tools to help you balance your emotions and your lifestyle which is a vital part of your Fertility programme.
Several sessions are advised as the effects of Fertility Reflexology are cumulative. In order to reap the maximum benefits from Fertility Reflexology we encourage you to make sure you have healthy lifestyle habits in place. Such habits include a balanced diet, regular exercise and a good work/life balance. We also recommend you attend a session before ovulation and after implantation, if you do, to relieve stress in the body and boost fertility hormones. We also advise to prepare 3 months before starting IVF and IUI.
With male abnormalities, 3 months of Reflexology treatment is advisable to improve sperm quality.
Men should have weekly Reflexology treatments if they have diabetes, hormonal imbalance, a lot of stress, depression, anxiety and some abnormalities in sperm quality and count.
