Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Fully fee is paid on booking. You may cancel your appointment at no charge by giving 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your allocated time to another client. If you cancel your appointment less than the 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be taken from payment received.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment on the day without prior cancellation, you will be charged in full for the appointment. There are no exceptions to this as we will be unable to offer your allocated time to another client.
